I am a Nepalese movie director and a media person. I made my debut as a director with the film – NISHANA. BHOOL BHAYE MAAPH GARA, KASLAI DIUN YO JOBAN, MISS U and 3 LOVERS are my other directed movies in the industry. I have spent more than a decade in Nepalese Media Industry. I have also worked as a Radio Jockey (RJ) in Synergy FM, Chitwan and Nepal FM, Kathmandu. With God's grace, I have earned wide recognition being a Program Producer and working as a Video Jockey (VJ) in Nepal Television, Kantipur Television and Channel Nepal. Currently, I am the Chairman of Maya Arts and I have been also serving as General Secretary in International Artist Forum, Central Committee, USA.
Nepal's Ministry of Information and Communication nominated me as a member of Central Film Censor Board and Film Development Board of Nepal, in consideration of my contributions to the Nepali film fraternity. I have previously been the secretary of the Directors Guild of Nepal and Nepal Film Producers Association (NFPA). Currently, I was elected as the Spokesperson for NFPA. Apart from my role in the media and silverscreen, I have also contributed as a social worker being the President of "We For All" recognized for their activities in the relief and reconstruction efforts following the Nepal earthquake in April 2015. I have received "Contribution Award" by Prime Minister of Nepal (2015) for playing vital role during the 2015 earthquake rehabilitation.
